Assistant Project Manager – Buildings | Bureau Veritas | Perth
The Opportunity
Join Bureau Veritas Buildings & Infrastructure team as an Assistant Project Manager and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of a diverse range of Projects. Working alongside experienced Project Managers and industry professionals, you’ll gain valuable exposure across project coordination, stakeholder engagement, contract administration, and project delivery, while building a long-term career within a leading global consultancy.
Key Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers with planning, coordination and delivery of projects,

Prepare project documentation, including consultant briefs, reports, tender documents and meeting minutes

Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks and project registers to support successful outcomes.

Support the management of project budgets, costs, contracts and financial reporting

Coordinate communication between clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders
-
Attend project meetings and assist with reporting, presentations and status updates

Contribute to business development activities, client relationship management and proposal preparation
About You
-
Territory qualification in Project Management, Construction management, Engineering, Architecture, Building, Planning or a related discipline

Previous experience in a project coordination, project administration or assistant project management role

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Proficient with Microsoft office and project management systems

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
-
A proactive and collaborative approach, with a genuine passion for the buildings and infrastructure industry
