Job description

NON-NEGOTIABLE COMMERCIAL REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must meet all 4 core financial/commercial criteria to be considered:

  1. Project PsL s Budget Ownership: Direct experience managing project budgets, cash flow, cost variances, burn rates, and margin protection.

  2. Contractual s Milestone Invoicing: Proven track record mapping technical deliverables to payment terms, WIP tracking, and milestone-based billing triggers.

  3. Strict Scope s Change Control: Enforcing SOW boundaries, pricing and negotiating Change Requests (CRs), and preventing unbilled scope creep.

  4. Multi-Vendor Commercial Oversight: Managing commercial deliverables, contracts, and SLAs for OEMs, subcontractors, and system integrators.

Key Responsibilities

1. Commercial s Financial Governance

  • Maintain complete control over project budgets, revenue triggers, and gross margins.

  • Forecast financial risks, track cost variances, and coordinate with finance for timely customer invoicing.

  • Protect project profitability by pricing out scope changes and eliminating margin leakage.

2. Technical Delivery s Executive Reporting

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of specialized technology projects, including Microsoft SharePoint, Azure Cloud migrations/implementations, and Data C AI solutions, cyber security, information security, infrastructure and turn key projects.

  • Build and maintain baselined project schedules (WBS, critical path, key milestones)sing MS Project and MS EPM.

  • Publish executive status reports covering delivery progress, budget vs. actuals, and financial exposure.

  • Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) with proactive mitigation strategies.

  • Maintain strict documentation discipline (SOW validation, change orders, customer acceptance certificates, and closure sign-offs).

3. Vendor s Stakeholder Management

  • Lead internal and customer-facing governance meetings with enterprise and Qatari government stakeholders.

  • Hold third-party vendors and subcontractors accountable to contractual commitments and delivery schedules.

Pay: Up to QAR9,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • IT PM experience managing Microsoft SharePoint: 5 years (Required)

  • Azure Cloud, Data C AI, IT infra, Info Sec & cybersecurity: 5 years (Required)

  • MS Project and MS EPM: 5 years (Required)

Language:

  • Arabic (Required)

  • English (Required)

License/Certification:

  • PMP required; PRINCE2 / ITIL is a plus (Required)
