Job description

Role:

Associate in Technology within the Advisory practice, focusing on designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions, especially Health Cloud features such as care plans, clinical data models, and provider/patient management.

Responsibilities

  • Build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Triggers, including code reviews, testing, and deployment via CI/CD pipelines.

  • Configure Health Cloud data models and develop agent solutions with Agentforce Builder, Flow, and APIs, integrating generative AI and Grounded AI experiences.

  • Implement agent testing, monitoring, and guardrails for accuracy, data security, and compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and HITRUST.

  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems (e.g., Epic, MuleSoft, HL7/FHIR APIs) ensuring secure data handling.

  • Collaborate with analysts, administrators, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions, contributing to release management and performance tuning.

  • Maintain professionalism, integrity, and respect in all interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum one year of Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, LWC, Aura Components, Flows, and Triggers.

  • Bachelor’s degree; relevant Salesforce certifications preferred.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud, data models, and healthcare data security regulations.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, version control, CI/CD tools, and external system integration.

  • Experience with Agentforce, Prompt Builder, AI concepts, and responsible AI delivery; familiarity with Data Cloud and Service Cloud is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management skills, and ability to work in an Agile environment.

  • Willingness to travel for client engagements and team collaboration.
