Senior Backend Engineer (Go/Golang)

to join our team in Abu Dhabi and help design, develop, and optimize high-performance cloud-native applications.

Responsibilties

✅ Design and develop backend services using

Go (Golang)

✅ Build and maintain

distributed microservices architectures

✅ Develop and optimize

RESTful APIs

and

gRPC services

✅ Deploy, monitor, and manage applications using

Docker

and

Kubernetes

✅ Work closely with cross-functional teams to build secure, highly available systems

✅ Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability

✅ Implement security best practices including

OAuth2, JWT, and mTLS

✅ Contribute to networking and infrastructure-focused solutions

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend software development

• Strong proficiency in

  Go (Golang)

• Experience building

  distributed microservices

• Hands-on experience with

  Kubernetes

  and

  Docker

• Strong understanding of

  Linux systems

  and

  network programming

• Expertise in developing

  REST APIs

  and

  gRPC-based services

• Experience with

  concurrent programming

  and performance optimization

• Knowledge of

  OAuth2, JWT, and mTLS

Nice to Have

• Experience with

  VPN technologies (IPsec)

• Understanding of

  routing protocols such as OSPF

• Experience integrating

  SNMP-based monitoring solutions

• Exposure to cloud-native and networking-focused products
