About the Role

We are looking for a

Software Engineer

to join a growing Digital Solutions team.

This role will play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications, contributing to the delivery of high-quality digital products. You will work in a collaborative environment alongside product, data, and engineering teams to build reliable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and application features using

    Java

  • Contribute to the full software development lifecycle (design, implementation, testing, deployment)

  • Ensure solutions meet both functional and performance requirements

  • Apply best practices in coding, testing, and documentation

  • Participate in code reviews and quality assurance processes

  • Contribute to improving system performance and reducing technical debt

  • Work closely with product, design, and data teams to deliver aligned solutions

  • Support integration with broader system architecture and platforms

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team

Profile & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

  • 4–6 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on

    Java

  • Strong proficiency in

    Java

    and backend development

  • Experience with

    Spring / Spring Boot

    (preferred)

  • Solid understanding of

    REST APIs and microservices architecture

  • Familiarity with

    code quality, testing frameworks, and CI/CD tools

  • Good understanding of application architecture principles
