Backend Software Engineer

We are looking for a Software Engineer (Backend) to join our team!

Work with a modern tech stack - we use Python/Flask, NextJS/React and Tailwind CSS. However, prior experience in these technologies is not required- The ideal candidate can quickly achieve expert status, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and thrive in the dynamic environment that comes with a fast growing startup

3+ years of experience as a backend software engineer

Team player with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across multiple teams

Embraces rapid prototyping with a tight customer-feedback loop

Excited to learn and receive feedback from other team members

Interest in taking ownership of major initiatives
