We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical BIM Engineer to join our growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models for complex construction projects. You will work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery through advanced modeling and coordination techniques. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency in all BIM deliverables.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive 3D Building Information Models using industry-standard BIM software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or Navisworks

  • Coordinate and integrate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems within the overall building model to identify and resolve clashes

  • Perform clash detection analysis and generate detailed reports to support design and construction teams

  • Create and manage technical documentation, drawing sets, and construction specifications from BIM models

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure BIM standards, protocols, and best practices are consistently applied

  • Analyze project requirements and translate them into accurate BIM deliverables that meet building codes and industry standards

  • Organize and manage BIM data, ensuring proper file structure, naming conventions, and version control

  • Support project teams during design phases, construction administration, and handover processes

  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of BIM models to maintain data integrity and accuracy

  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members on BIM processes and software utilization

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in BIM engineering, architectural technology, or related construction field

  • Advanced proficiency with BIM software platforms, including Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks, or equivalent tools

  • Strong expertise in 3D modeling, visualization, and technical drawing production

  • Comprehensive knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and industry best practices

  • Demonstrated experience with MEP coordination and clash detection workflows

  • Solid understanding of building codes, construction methodologies, and design standards

  • Proficiency in CAD software and digital documentation systems

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex modeling and coordination challenges

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams

  • Preferred experience with construction administration and project delivery phases

  • Familiarity with BIM execution plans and information exchange standards

  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green building certifications is a plus
