Business Analysis amp; Requirements Management
Airline eCommerce / Travel / Digital Product experience Strong understanding of airline booking flows, customer servicing and digital customer journeys Agile delivery, user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria Business process modelling, workflow analysis and stakeholder management Knowledge of airline operations and IRROPS (flight delays, cancellations, rebooking and disruption management) Experience with Azure DevOps or similar requirement and defect
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a fast-paced, agile environment.
