Business Analyst

We are looking for a commercially driven Business Analyst to support business growth, revenue optimization, and operational improvement across our educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue, enrolment, admissions, retention, and business performance.

• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, conversion, profitability, and efficiency.

• Develop KPIs, dashboards, reports, and actionable business insights.

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements, automation, and cost optimization.

• Prepare business cases and support new initiatives and system improvements.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis and present recommendations to management.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Strategy, or Analytics.

• Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced Excel and experience with reporting and dashboards.

• Power BI, SQL, CRM/ERP experience is an advantage.

• Education/EdTech or UAE experience is preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
