Overseeing the entire systems integration process—from business requirements gathering, converting the Business requirements to technical specifications, System Integrations, Integration, User Acceptance Testing until hands-on user training.

Drives field sales efficiency by diligently monitoring application adoption and performance.

In addition, the ability to support the IT Team with SAP Business Objects Reporting tool providing actionable insights for our internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Technology

Database: Oracle/Microsoft SQL Server

Experience:

3+ years as a Business Analyst, specifically supporting Sales Operations – Van Sales/Pre Sales/Collection/Merchandising

endor & IT Collaboration:

Proven track record of managing deliverables with external IT vendors and third-party software providers

System Integration & User Acceptance Testing:

Hands-on experience designing test cases, running UAT, Comfortable with data mapping, API concepts, and verifying data accuracy with Proficiency in SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.

Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
