Business Analyst

1. Business & Sales Performance Analysis

• Analyze key business metrics, including sales, revenue, costs, and profitability, to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

• Generate, review, and interpret daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, providing actionable insights for decision-making.

• Identify performance gaps and areas for menu and pricing optimization, cost optimization, revenue maximization, and operational efficiency improvements.

2. Market & Competitive Research

• Conduct comprehensive market research to gather insights on industry trends, market size, growth opportunities, and consumer behavior.

• Analyze competitor strategies, strengths, and weaknesses, providing benchmarking insights to enhance Chinese Palace Group’s market positioning.

• Stay updated on emerging trends in the restaurant and food delivery industry, identifying key areas for innovation and adaptation.

3. Delivery Platform Performance Optimization

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of delivery platforms (e.g., Deliveroo, Talabat, Noon Food) to assess sales trends and operational effectiveness.

• Identify key drivers of growth, areas for optimization, and implement data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates and profitability on delivery platforms.

4. Marketing Analytics & Insights

• Analyze and interpret marketing data, including campaign performance, customer engagement, and digital analytics, toto identify trends and opportunities.

• • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing channels, promotions, and campaigns, providing strategic recommendations for optimization.

• • Develop dashboards and performance reports to track KPIs and ROI for marketing initiatives.

• 5. Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain and analyze customer, market, and business data to support data-driven decision-making.

• Utilize data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to present insights clearly to stakeholders.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and cross-functional teams.

• 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with operations, finance, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment in strategy and execution.

• Provide data-driven recommendations to support operational and marketing initiatives.
