Business Analyst

Plan, schedule, organize, liaise, and report on all activities and maintain all related documents and records in order to effectively manage assigned small change initiatives.

Manage own small projects or small, independent modules from a larger project. Plan and organize meetings/ workshops, take minutes, circulate key updates, and track progress against agreed milestones. Flag any delays/ risks/ issues/ challenges to the relevant forums.

Capture, analyze, and document requirements for new enhancements and projects in order to present requirements to relevant stakeholders and get approval. Prepare test cases, moderate test results, and participate in end user training in order to support testing team. Support with the relevant documents and liaise with the key teams (Business, Ops, Technology, Credit, etc.) to deliver the same.

At least 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the financial services industry.

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, especially in courses related to Business, Quality management, Statistics. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is optional.
