Job Requirements

Role: Business Analyst

Experience: 6-10 Years

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Prepare BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases.

Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and gap analysis.

Work closely with Business, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Shariah Governance teams.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.

Support solution design, implementation, SIT, UAT, and production rollout activities.

Perform impact assessments for product enhancements, regulatory changes, and process improvements.

Coordinate with vendors and technology teams to ensure successful delivery.

Support post-go-live stabilization and issue resolution.

Technical Skills

Requirement gathering and analysis.

BRD/FSD preparation.

Process mapping and workflow design.

User story creation and backlog management.

SIT/UAT support.

API and integration understanding.

Data analysis and SQL knowledge.

Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Preferred Experience

Experience working on Islamic Banking platforms such as Flexcube Islamic Banking, Finacle Islamic Banking, or Temenos.

Banking industry experience.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Business Analysis certification preferred.
