Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to analyze business needs, gather requirements, and work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs.

• Prepare BRDs, functional requirements, and process documentation.

• Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements.

• Coordinate with development and QA teams.

• Review solutions and ensure they meet business requirements.

• Identify process improvements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Support testing, UAT, and implementation activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Strong requirements gathering and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Good understanding of software development and Agile/Scrum.

• Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus.
