JMM INNOVATIONS is hiring a Business Analyst to support the delivery of a large-scale enterprise IT product. In this role, you will work directly with business and technical stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements, ensuring complex business needs are accurately translated into clear, testable product specifications from kickoff through user acceptance.

What you'll do:

• Elicit requirements through structured stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document analysis

• Write clear, high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Map current-state and future-state business processes using industry standards (BPMN)

• Act as the core bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams

• Maintain requirement traceability matrices and manage incoming change requests

• Validate delivered features against agreed requirements and lead UAT planning and execution

• Produce clear project and system documentation in both Arabic and English

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years of experience as a hands-on Business Analyst within enterprise or large-scale IT environments

• Proven track record drafting comprehensive BRDs, functional specs, and process workflows

• Arabic speaker with professional written and spoken English skills

• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and interviewing capabilities

• Immediate availability in Riyadh for on-site execution

• Bonus points:

  Experience with Agile frameworks (Jira/Confluence), background delivering IT projects within Saudi Arabia, and a Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or Engineering
