Role Description

This full-time Business Analyst / Junior Business Analyst / Business Operations Analyst role is based in Abu Dhabi with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves analyzing business processes and operational workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the design of efficient, scalable solutions. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and interpreting data, preparing reports and dashboards, documenting requirements, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. The analyst will support planning and decision-making for programs, donations, and partnerships, ensuring that resources are used effectively to maximize community impact. The role also requires clear communication of findings, participation in meetings, and contribution to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

• Candidates should possess skills in Business Operations and Business Analysis to review processes, define requirements, and support operational improvements.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to gather, interpret, and present quantitative and qualitative data.

• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and document findings clearly.

• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field are preferred.

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate a commitment to nonprofit and community-focused work.

• Proficiency with productivity and analytics tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, data visualization tools) and attention to detail in reporting.
