Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decisions.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

• Develop comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, and process flows to guide implementation.

• Lead requirement validation sessions and facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams.

• Contribute to test planning and execution to ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables.

• Provide post-implementation support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Business Administration, Information Technology

  , or a related field.

• Proven experience as a

  Business Analyst

  , preferably in a mid to senior-level capacity in the IT field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the skill to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

• Familiarity with

  project management methodologies and tools

  .

• Certification in Business Analysis (

  CBAP

  or equivalent) is a plus.
