Position: Business Analyst Oracle ERP
Position Type: Contract (Onsite)

Job Description:

Experience as a Business Analyst with Oracle ERP/Fusion HRMS and Finance modules.

Gather and analyze business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for Oracle ERP/Fusion initiatives across HRMS and Finance.

Participate in the RFP process by defining functional requirements, evaluating vendor solutions, and coordinating with stakeholders throughout the RFP lifecycle.

Perform functional QA/UAT testing, validate business requirements, and coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Experience in Third Party Integration With Oracle EBS/Fusion Application will be an added advantage.
