Role Description

• This full-time, on-site Business Analyst / Pre-Sales Consultant role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

• The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping current and future business processes, and translating client needs into clear solution specifications for cloud and AI engagements.

• The individual will collaborate closely with sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and demos that address customer challenges and highlight Atomic’s capabilities.

• Day-to-day tasks include conducting discovery workshops, performing gap analyses, supporting proof-of-concept initiatives, and contributing to RFP/RFI responses.

• The role also includes maintaining accurate documentation, providing pre-sales support during client meetings, and helping ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with client objectives.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess business challenges, and support evidence-based recommendations.

• Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.

• Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map, optimize, and redesign workflows that align with proposed cloud and AI solutions.

• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, present solutions, and support sales discussions.

• Experience in pre-sales or solution consulting for cloud, AI, or enterprise technology environments is highly beneficial.

• Familiarity with AWS services, enterprise architectures, and compliance or security considerations is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams in Dubai and manage multiple client engagements with attention to detail.
