About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to join our fast-paced software development team. In this hybrid role, you will gather and document business requirements while coordinating project activities using Kanban methodology. The ideal candidate thrives in a rapid development environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and has 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or a related role.

Business Analysis

Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and end users to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

Support backlog refinement and ensure requirements are well-defined and prioritized.

Participate in solution design discussions with developers and QA to ensure feasibility and alignment.
Project Coordination (Kanban Environment)

Coordinate day-to-day project activities in a Kanban-based workflow, helping to manage task flow and WIP limits.

Track progress of work items on the Kanban board; identify bottlenecks and escalate blockers.

Schedule and facilitate stand-ups, planning, and review sessions, capture meeting notes and action items.

Maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure shared understanding.

Support QA by clarifying requirements, assisting in test case creation, and validating delivered features.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team velocity and quality
Qualifications

1–5 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or a related role

Familiarity with Agile/Kanban practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business problems into clear requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with technical and non-technical audiences.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s / master's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a rapid/continuous delivery software team.
