Business Analyst (Tamheer)

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst Trainee to join our Technology & Customer Experience team through the Tamheer Program. This opportunity will provide hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals on business improvement, technology, and digital transformation initiatives that support the growth of our organization.

As a Business Analyst Trainee, you will assist in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, supporting testing activities, preparing reports, and contributing to the delivery of technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

• Eligible for the Tamheer Program

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment

• Interest in technology, digital solutions, and business process improvement

• Excellent spoken & written English language
