We are looking for a Business Analyst / Data Analyst with strong experience in Power BI, SQL, Excel, dashboard development, and regulatory/compliance reporting

.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies.

• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports

  .

• Write complex SQL queries and work with multiple data sources.

• Prepare KPI, management, executive, and regulatory reports.

• Use Excel, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, and VBA/Macros

  .

• Perform data quality checks and root-cause analysis.

• Support UAT and translate business requirements into reporting solutions.

• Create BRDs, process documentation, and reporting guidelines.

🔹 Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling

  .

• Advanced SQL skills – Joins, Views, Stored Procedures, Query Optimization.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Experience with dashboard development and KPI reporting

  .

• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL concepts

  .

• Experience with regulatory/compliance reporting

  .

• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
