About The Role

The role owns the analytical architecture and data modeling that empower business leadership to make high-stakes, data-driven decisions across core product and operational domains.

The team works closely with data engineers, product managers, and finance stakeholders to turn raw telemetry and transactional data into clear, actionable metrics and robust forecasting models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain scalable dimensional data models, tables, and views in Snowflake or BigQuery using advanced SQL and dbt

  • Build interactive, stakeholder-ready dashboards and data applications in Looker or Tableau to track core business KPIs and product usage trends

  • Partner with product and engineering teams to define event tracking schemas, instrumentation requirements, and data quality validation checks

  • Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analyses and cohort tracking to identify growth levers, churn drivers, and monetization opportunities

  • Automate recurring reporting workflows and data pipelines using Python, SQL, and orchestration tools like Airflow or Prefect

  • Translate complex technical and quantitative findings into clear executive presentations and actionable strategic recommendations

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in business data analysis, analytics engineering, or quantitative data roles within a high-growth technology environment

  • Expert-level SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with modern data stack tools: dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift

  • Proven track record of designing executive dashboards and data products using BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Mode

  • Solid scripting skills in Python for data manipulation, automation, and basic statistical modeling using pandas and NumPy

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field

  • Bonus: Experience with A/B testing design, statistical significance frameworks, and event tracking tools like Segment or Amplitude
