Business Development & Creative Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

● Acquire new clients and generate business opportunities.

● Attend client meetings, negotiate deals, and close contracts.

● Build and maintain strong client relationships.

● Coordinate photographers, designers, and creative teams.

● Manage projects from client briefing to final delivery.

● Follow up on contracts, payments, deadlines, and client satisfaction.

● Develop partnerships and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

● Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.

● Good project management and organizational skills.

● Ability to manage clients and creative teams simultaneously.

● Experience in sales, marketing, or project management is preferred.

Compensation

Fixed monthly salary plus commission on successful deals.

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR7,500.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Qatar
