Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Position: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities: ✅ Identify and generate new business opportunities

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients

✅ Conduct market research and identify potential leads

✅ Develop and implement effective sales strategies

✅ Follow up with leads and convert them into customers

✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

✅ Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

✅ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong ability to generate leads and close deals

• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality

• Ability to build strong client relationships

• Experience in CRM and lead management is an advantage

• UAE experience will be an added advantage
