We are seeking a data-driven and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to transform business data into meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources, developing dashboards and reports, monitoring key performance indicators, and identifying trends, opportunities, and potential risks. You will work closely with business and cross-functional teams to understand analytical needs, improve reporting processes, and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. The successful candidate will contribute to data-driven planning, performance optimization, and continuous business improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.

• Solid understanding of business intelligence, data analysis, and performance measurement concepts.

• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts; familiarity with Python or other analytical tools is a plus.

• Ability to work with complex datasets and identify meaningful patterns and insights.

• Strong understanding of KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Professional proficiency in English.
