Business Systems Analyst

Role Description

The Business Systems Analyst role at Dream Education is a part-time remote position focused on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization’s digital learning and operational platforms. In this role, the analyst reviews and documents business processes, gathers and validates business requirements, and translates them into clear system specifications for technical teams. The position involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify process gaps, recommend solutions, and support the implementation and testing of enhancements to existing systems. The analyst helps create reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions and ensures that systems align with learner needs and organizational goals. The role requires proactive communication, structured documentation, and continuous collaboration in a virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Business Systems Analysis and Systems Analysis to evaluate current platforms and recommend improvements.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.

• Candidates should possess skills in Business Analysis and Business Requirements to gather, document, and prioritize stakeholder needs.

• Relevant experience with edtech or online learning environments is beneficial.

• Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in remote teams.

• Familiarity with workflow modeling, process mapping, or requirements management tools is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
