Business Systems Analyst / ERP Business Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 3–5+ years of hands-on Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, ERP, or Digital Transformation experience.

• Proven experience with at least one major ERP platform such as 1C, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or another enterprise ERP, with hands-on involvement in ERP implementation, enhancement, migration, and go-live activities.

• Strong experience in business process analysis, AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping, workflow design, process improvement, automation, digitalization, and internal controls.

• Experience working with ERP vendors/implementation partners, coordinating configurations, integrations, customizations, data migration, master data validation, and post-go-live issue resolution.

• Practical experience in UAT, system testing, test-case preparation, defect tracking, and coordination with business users and technical teams.

• Good understanding of Finance, Procurement, HR & Payroll, Projects, Sales, Inventory/Warehouse, Operations, Assets, P2P, O2C, P2C, R2R, and H2R processes.

• Strong Excel/Advanced Excel, Power Pivot, reporting and BI skills, with Power BI and basic-to-intermediate SQL/MSSQL/MySQL knowledge preferred.

Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
