Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced catering operation A genuine passion for producing nutritious, great tasting food  Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage your responsibilities confidently  Solid knowledge of food hygiene, safety and compliance standards  A positive, team focused approach, with the confidence to work independently and support others
