Job Description

A leading company in the restaurant industry with over 30 years of market experience is seeking qualified candidates for the position of:

Chief Accountant

Location:

Jeddah

Requirements:

• Minimum

5 years of experience

in accounting, preferably within the

restaurant or food service industry

• Strong experience in managing accounting operations and supervising accounting teams

• Solid knowledge of

monthly and annual closing, financial statements, reconciliations, and financial reporting

• Strong ability to monitor

revenues, expenses, costs, inventory, and cash flow

• Ability to identify accounting discrepancies, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions

• Experience in developing and strengthening

financial controls and accounting procedures

• Good knowledge of

VAT and accounting requirements in Saudi Arabia

• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel

Leadership Skills:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to

lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team

• Ability to

delegate tasks, set priorities, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address accounting and financial issues effectively

• Excellent communication and coordination skills with

management and other departments

• Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet

monthly and annual closing deadlines

• Strong sense of

ownership, accountability, accuracy, discipline, and follow-up

• Ability to analyze financial data and provide

clear recommendations to management

to support decision-making

المتطلبات:

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن

5 سنوات

في مجال المحاسبة، ويفضل وجود خبرة في

قطاع المطاعم أو الأغذية

• خبرة قوية في إدارة العمليات المحاسبية والإشراف على فريق الحسابات

• خبرة في

الإقفال الشهري والسنوي، وإعداد القوائم والتقارير المالية، والتسويات والمطابقات المحاسبية

• القدرة على متابعة وتحليل

الإيرادات والمصروفات والتكاليف والمخزون والتدفقات النقدية

• القدرة على اكتشاف الفروقات والأخطاء المحاسبية وتحليل أسبابها واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية

• خبرة في تطوير وتعزيز

الرقابة المالية والإجراءات المحاسبية

• معرفة جيدة بضريبة القيمة المضافة والمتطلبات المحاسبية في المملكة العربية السعودية

• إجادة استخدام الأنظمة المحاسبية وبرنامج Microsoft Excel

المهارات القيادية:

• مهارات قيادية عالية في

إدارة وتوجيه وتطوير فريق الحسابات

• القدرة على

توزيع المهام وتحديد الأولويات ومتابعة الأداء وضمان إنجاز الأعمال في مواعيدها

• مهارات قوية في

اتخاذ القرار وحل المشكلات

ومعالجة الأخطاء والفروقات المحاسبية والمالية

• مهارات عالية في

التواصل والتنسيق

مع الإدارة العليا والإدارات المختلفة

• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة الأولويات والالتزام

بمواعيد الإقفال والتقارير الشهرية والسنوية

• شخصية قيادية تتمتع بـ

تحمل المسؤولية والدقة والانضباط والحزم والمتابعة

• القدرة على تحليل البيانات المالية وتقديم

توصيات واضحة للإدارة
