Chief Accountant (Saudi Arabia)

We’re Hiring: Chief Accountant | Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Chief Accountant to join a company currently in its establishment phase in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who can establish accounting processes, support business operations, and lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and organize accounting processes, policies, and internal controls.

• Record and oversee business transactions for financial and tax reporting purposes.

• Prepare and submit statutory financial reports and tax filings in accordance with applicable Saudi regulations.

• Lead or participate in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP, including accounting setup and process configuration.

• Participate in designing and improving business processes.

• Monitor company activities and ensure accurate financial records and compliance.

• Oversee account reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing, and financial reporting.

• Coordinate with management and external auditors as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Chief Accountant or in a similar senior accounting role.

• Experience in a trading or distribution company is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, Saudi tax regulations, and ZATCA requirements.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
