Archirodon has been awarded a major Oil & Gas EPC project in UAE, and is currently building a team of experienced Lead Engineers, who will be based in our UAE office and lead the multidiscipline Engineering of the project.

Project includes the detailed engineering and design, quality assurance and control, procurement/supply, interface management, construction/installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning/start-up of Hydrocarbon & non-Hydrocarbon systems and management including all works required for the job completion. The main objective of this brownfield project is to increase the production handling capacity by adding a new Production Train and associated facilities at an existing Central Degassing Station and a new gas lift compressor train at another existing Central Degassing Station.

Role Summary:

  • Review and interpret civil/structural drawings, specifications, IFC drawings, and engineering documents for site execution.

  • Provide technical design support to site construction teams and resolve design-related issues.

  • Review shop drawings, RFIs, Technical Queries (TQs), method statements, and technical submittals.

  • Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, Survey, Planning, and subcontractors.

  • Ensure civil works comply with ADNOC requirements, project specifications, and applicable international codes and standards.

  • Monitor drawing revisions and design changes and ensure the latest approved documents are available at site.

  • Support foundations, concrete works, roads, drainage, underground utilities, and other civil works.

  • Assist with as-built drawings, MTOs/BOQs, inspections, and project handover documentation.

Job Description

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in civil design, preferably in EPC / Oil & Gas projects.

  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant civil design software.

  • Experience with ADNOC projects and UAE/GCC standards is preferred.
