Civil Engineer & Architectural Engineer

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

Design, supervise, and manage construction projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.

Provide consulting services and feasibility studies to optimize project efficiency and outcomes.

Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Conduct site inspections and ensure projects adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.

Skills and Competencies:-

Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD, etc..

Solid organizational and project management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.- Ability to work independently and maintain a detail-oriented approach under pressure.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in UAE, specializing in construction and consulting.

Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Mandatory UAE driving license.

Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes and regulations.Position Overview

Job Title: Architect Engineer

Job Summary:

Responsible for preparing architectural designs, drawings, and plans for construction projects, ensuring compliance with approved specifications, building codes, and client requirements. Coordinates with engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure quality work, proper execution, and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, and designs.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP engineers, and contractors.

• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

• Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards.

• Identify and resolve design and site-related issues.

• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
