Civil Engineer – Dubai Authority Approvals (Immediate Hiring)

We're Hiring: Authority Approvals & Submission Engineer (DM / Trakhees Approved), Dubai, UAE

Our team is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Authority Approvals & Submission Engineer to join our Approval Division, managing the full submission cycle from drawing review to final stamped approval.

If you have a strong track record navigating Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DCD, DEWA, and other authorities, this could be your next move.

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE (in-person)

💼 Type: Full-time, Permanent

💰 Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate

What you'll bring:

1. Bachelor's/Master's in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering

2. Valid DM Engineer Approval/Certification (G+1 / G+4 / G+12 / Unlimited)

3. Active SOE UAE membership

4.3–5 years' UAE-specific experience in only authority approvals and submissions

5. Strong working knowledge of DM regulations and the Dubai Building Code

Added advantage:

Trakhees Approved Card

DCD Card, Steel Contracting Exam Pass

Experience coordinating across multiple authorities simultaneously (DM + Trakhees + DCD + DEWA)

Valid UAE driving license is a plus; immediate joiners preferred
