Civil Engineer

Supervise and manage daily site activities for interior fit-out projects.

Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site teams.

Monitor civil, architectural, finishing, and interior fit-out works.

Inspect the quality of materials and workmanship.

Review construction and interior fit-out drawings.

Monitor project progress and prepare site reports.

Take site measurements and assist with BOQ and quantity estimation.

Coordinate between different trades to ensure smooth project execution.

Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.

Ensure compliance with project quality and safety requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects, site execution, supervision, and coordination.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

4–5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out/construction projects.

Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and finishing works.

Good knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.

Experience in site supervision and project coordination.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
