Job description
* Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects within the UAE.
* Valid **UAE Driving License**.
Must hold Dubai Municipality Approval licence
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and site supervision.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage construction activities on-site.
* Ensure projects are completed according to specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities.
* Review drawings, plans, and technical documents.
* Monitor project progress and prepare reports.
* Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and safety standards.
* Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
* Manage project resources efficiently and control costs.
