Position: Civil Engineer – Villa Construction & Finishing Works Experience: Minimum 5-6 Years

Joining : Immediately

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in villa construction and finishing works to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Supervise and manage daily site construction and finishing activities.

✔Coordinate with consultants for site inspections, approvals, and technical matters.

✔Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure smooth execution and proper integration of civil and MEP works ✔Plan, organize, and monitor site activities to meet project schedules.

✔Manage subcontractors, site teams, and manpower efficiently.

✔Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards ✔Identify and resolve site coordination and technical issues.

Requirements:

✔bachelor's degree in civil engineering. Minimum 5-6 years of experience in villa construction and finishing works.

✔Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishing activities, and MEP coordination.

✔Excellent site management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

✔Ability to coordinate independently with consultants and subcontractors.

✔Valid Qatar Driving License will be an advantage.
