Civil Engineer – Subcontract Department

We are looking for a Subcontract Engineer / Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering background with experience in subcontractor management, quantity verification, Job Orders, invoices, and commercial coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all subcontractor-related activities.

• Prepare and issue Job Orders (JOs) and related documents.

• Review subcontractor quotations, scope, quantities, and commercial terms.

• Verify subcontractor invoices against JOs, BOQs, and actual site progress.

• Monitor subcontractor work progress and coordinate with project teams.

• Handle variations, commercial issues, and subcontractor queries.

• Follow up on approvals and payments.

• Maintain accurate subcontractor records and documentation.

• Coordinate with Contractors, Project Managers, Procurement, and Finance teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Experience in subcontractor management, quantity checking, JOs, invoices, and commercial coordination.

• Good knowledge of civil construction activities, BOQs, quantities, and project documentation.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering software.

• Ability to work effectively with contractors and internal project teams.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
