Civil Engineer

Position: Civil Engineer

Availability: Immediate Joiner Required

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team immediately. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with project teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that all civil works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor daily civil engineering and construction activities at project sites.

  • Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

  • Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.

  • Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and safety standards.

  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

  • Prepare daily progress reports, site reports, and other project documentation.

  • Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality compliance.

  • Identify site issues and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve them.

  • Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects.

  • UAE experience is preferred.

  • Good knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and technical drawings.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

  • Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
