Civil Engineer (Waterproofing & Acoustic Insulation Specialist)- Mandatory Requirement: Proven hands

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team.

Mandatory Requirement: Proven hands-on experience working directly with companies specializing in Waterproofing and Acoustic Insulation Systems is strictly required.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.

• A minimum of 5 years of solid experience in companies specializing in waterproofing and soundproofing/acoustic insulation.

• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and site execution details.

• Excellent site management, supervision, and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and strong quality assurance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and design waterproofing, thermal, and acoustic insulation solutions in compliance with project specifications and engineering standards.

• Supervise site execution of all insulation activities to ensure high-quality application and prevent future leaks or noise transmission issues.

• Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and review shop drawings related to insulation details and execution methods.

• Conduct field inspections and quality control checks for insulation materials to verify compliance with approved technical standards.

• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to resolve any site-specific technical challenges regarding insulation.
