Responsibilities

Quantity Take-Offs: Read engineering drawings, blueprints, and site plans to measure and calculate exact material quantities.

Rate Analysis: Determine current market prices for concrete, steel, earthworks, labor rates, and equipment rentals.

Tender & Bid Preparation: Build commercial proposals, cost comparison sheets, and bid summaries for tenders.

Subcontractor & Supplier Evaluation: Request, review, and level quotes from external vendors and subcontractors.

Change Orders & Variations: Support budget revisions, project claims, and cost
