Civil Project Engineer

• Supervise, control, and monitor all civil construction activities at multiple project sites.

• Execute and monitor excavation, backfilling, concrete works, foundations, blockwork, drainage, road works, and underground services.

• Review approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements before execution.

• Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams for smooth project execution.

• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with the Client/Consultant for work approvals and inspections.

• Prepare Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Material Submittals, ITPs, work schedules, and quantity requirements.

• Monitor daily site progress and ensure works are completed as per approved programme and project specifications.

• Plan and monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and other site resources.

• Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely delivery to site.

• Manage subcontractors and suppliers and monitor their performance and productivity.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and participate in progress meetings.

• Review measurements, quantities, BOQs, and monthly progress claims.

• Conduct site surveys and prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs for tender and project works.

• Assist in tender preparation, site visits, technical evaluations, and Client tender negotiation meetings.

• Identify site issues and provide practical technical solutions to avoid delays.

• Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, and project requirements.

• Independently manage and coordinate multiple sites when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• BE / BTech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• 4–8 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience in civil construction/project engineering.

• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
