Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in villa construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications, maintaining quality and safety standards, and coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities on villa project sites.

• Ensure all construction works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor site progress, manpower allocation, material availability, and workforce productivity.

• Prepare daily progress reports, inspection requests, and other required site documentation.

• Coordinate site inspections with consultants and relevant Abu Dhabi authorities.

• Ensure compliance with quality control procedures, health and safety requirements, and applicable regulations.

• Review shop drawings and resolve technical issues in coordination with the technical team and consultants.

• Monitor material requirements, deliveries, and proper utilization of resources.

• Identify site issues, delays, and construction challenges, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

• Ensure project milestones and completion targets are achieved according to the approved baseline schedule.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction, specifically villa projects.

• Previous experience in villa construction projects in Abu Dhabi is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi Municipality requirements, building regulations, and inspection procedures.

• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and site execution methods.

• Ability to independently supervise site activities and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

• Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively under project deadlines and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
