Salary: AED 2,500 to 3,000/month

We are a roof tile contractor company looking for a Civil Site Engineer to join our team for a large-scale project in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate roof tile installation and site activities.

• Manage subcontractors, workers, and daily site operations.

• Coordinate with the Main Contractor, Consultant, and project teams.

• Monitor work progress, quality, manpower, and materials.

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material requirements.

• Read and understand construction drawings and specifications.

• Use AutoCAD for drawing review and basic modifications.

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation.

• Coordinate inspections and follow up on approvals.

• Plan manpower, materials, and upcoming activities.

• Handle multiple responsibilities and resolve day-to-day site issues.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• 1–2 years of UAE experience is an advantage.construction/site experience.

• Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity calculation, and AutoCAD.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage subcontractors and labour teams.

• Able to multitask and work independently.

• English speaking is must

• Arabic language is preferred.

• Must be willing to relocate/work at different locations according to project requirements.

• Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
