Job Title: Civil Engineer & CAD Draftsman

Job Purpose

To prepare accurate civil engineering and landscape drawings, coordinate technical submissions and authority approvals, and support site execution by ensuring that drawings comply with project specifications, consultant requirements, and applicable authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Civil Engineering & Technical Drawings

Prepare detailed civil, structural, and landscape drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop plans, elevations, sections, and construction details based on project requirements.
Prepare setting-out drawings, levels, dimensions, and layout details for site execution.
Incorporate revisions based on consultant comments, site conditions, and client requirements.
Coordinate drawings for swimming pools, hardscape, softscape, boundary walls, paving, and other landscape-related works.

2. Authority Approvals & Documentation

Prepare and coordinate drawings for submission to relevant authorities, consultants, and developers.
Assist in obtaining NOCs, permits, and technical approvals.
Revise drawings in accordance with authority and consultant comments.
Maintain proper records of submissions, approved drawings, and revised documents.

3. Quantity Take-Off & Documentation

Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, material calculations, and basic BOQ documentation.
Prepare as-built drawings based on actual site execution.
Maintain drawing registers, revision records, and project documentation.
Ensure that the latest approved drawings are issued to the relevant project teams.

5. Quality & Compliance

Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of all technical drawings.
Follow project specifications, company procedures, and applicable authority requirements.
Coordinate with relevant disciplines to identify and resolve drawing conflicts before execution.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D; knowledge of Civil 3D or other drafting software is an advantage.
Understanding of civil construction, levels, dimensions, sections, and construction detailing.
Knowledge of landscape construction and swimming pool drawings is an advantage.
Familiarity with UAE authority approval procedures is preferred.
Good communication, coordination, documentation, and time-management skills.

Reporting To

Project Manager / Engineering Manager.

Salary will be 2500-3000 AED per Month

Fresher can apply with respective hometown experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
