CIVIL STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Qualification (minimum)

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Master's Degree or additional professional qualifications will be an advantage.

Experience (minimum)

7 to 8 years of experience as a Civil & Structural Engineer.

Minimum 3 years of design experience with Consultants and/or EPC projects (Mandatory).

UAE project experience, particularly in G+5 construction projects.

Job Description

Review, design, and supervise Civil & Structural engineering works for oil & gas and infrastructure projects.

Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, conduct technical clarifications, and participate in contractor meetings.

Review and approve engineering drawings, design calculations, BOQs, and technical documents.

Coordinate with consultants, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities throughout project execution.

Monitor construction activities, site progress, quality standards, and compliance with project specifications.

Conduct site inspections, manage technical issues, engineering changes, and project risk assessments.

Ensure project delivery within schedule, budget, HSE requirements, and company standards.

Additional requirements

Proficiency in STAAD Pro, MAT 3D, 3D Mat, and AutoCAD.

Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design of concrete and steel structures.

Experience in EPC projects, tendering, contract administration, and project execution.

Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

Good understanding of HSE requirements, PTW systems, risk assessments, and construction quality control.
