: St. James’s Hospital is Ireland’s largest acute academic teaching hospital and is based in Dublin’s south inner city. Our fundamental purpose is the delivery of health treatment, care and diagnosis as well as health promotion and preventative services at local, regional and national levels. Our academic partner is Trinity College Dublin.

Purpose of the role:

The successful candidate will work as part of the Nursing Practice Development Unit in supporting education and development of nursing staff on pressure ulcer prevention & management , by means of in-service training, orientation of new staff and by arranging the clinical experience and supervision of the nursing team aligned with service requirements as part of the Pressure Ulcer Prevention & Management Programme working with the Tissue Viability CNS Service in the Nursing Practice Development Unit across the St James’s Hospital Campus.
