Clinical Nurse

Job Summary

Tarabichi Healthcare is seeking a qualified, compassionate, and dedicated *Clinical Nurse* to provide safe, high-quality nursing care and support the efficient daily operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical skills, experience in patient care, and proficiency in using clinic management systems, including patient registration and medical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients, monitor vital signs, and document relevant clinical information.

• Provide nursing support during consultations, examinations, and medical procedures.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and within the nursing scope of practice.

• Prepare patients for consultations, diagnostic examinations, and procedures.

• Monitor patients' conditions and promptly communicate any concerns to the treating physician.

• Manage patient registration and accurately update patient information in the clinic management system.

• Maintain accurate and complete electronic medical records (EMR) and nursing documentation.

• Assist doctors and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth patient care and clinic operations.

• Follow DHA guidelines, infection control protocols, and patient safety standards.

• Ensure clinical equipment, treatment rooms, and nursing stations are clean, organized, and ready for use.

• Provide clear instructions and guidance to patients regarding their care and follow-up requirements.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and communicate professionally with patients and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.

• Valid *DHA Nursing License or DHA Eligibility Letter*, as applicable.

• Minimum *1 year of clinical nursing experience in the UAE* is required.

• Previous clinical nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or outpatient healthcare facility.

• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Hospital Information Systems (HIS), including patient registration and documentation.

• Good understanding of DHA regulations, infection prevention, and patient safety protocols.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Good command of English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

• Previous experience in ENT, outpatient clinics, or day surgery settings is an advantage.
