Cloud Engineer

Role - Senior Cloud Engineer

Duration - Fulltime

Cloud Engineering & AWS (70%)

• Design, develop, deploy, and support cloud-native applications on AWS.

• Build and maintain event-driven and serverless architectures using AWS Lambda.

• Develop and deploy containerized applications using AWS ECS/Fargate.

• Configure and manage API Gateway, IAM roles, CloudWatch, VPCs, and related AWS services.

• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform

• Support cloud monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Ensure application security, scalability, resilience, and operational excellence.

DevOps & Automation (10% - some knowledge/awareness, and please have them put this in their resume)

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools.

• Automate deployments, testing, environment provisioning, and release processes.

• Support container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.

• Participate in production support, incident management, root-cause analysis, and remediation efforts.

Database & Data Integration (10% - some knowledge/awareness, and please have them put this in their resume)

• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database interactions..

Application Development (10% - some knowledge/awareness, and please have them put this in their resume)

• Develop enterprise-grade applications using Java

• Build RESTful APIs and backend services supporting cloud-native applications.

• Develop automation and tooling using Python.

• Integrate applications with databases, third-party APIs, and cloud services.

• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms
