2. About the Opportunity:
The Cloud Engineer (Escalations) plays a critical role in resolving complex technical issues related to Microsoft 365 and Azure services. This position serves as a key technical escalation point, collaborating with multiple teams to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction. The role contributes by ensuring timely resolution of escalated technical problems and by leading technical changes that maintain service quality and alignment with organizational goals.
3. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teams to design and document technical processes that improve efficiency and quality.

Work with Strategic Account Managers and relevant teams to understand client service scopes.

Act as a technical escalation point for complex issues in Microsoft 365 and Azure.

Serve as a technical point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries.

Investigate and resolve complex technical problems in collaboration with teams.

Lead planning and execution of technical changes including software deployments and system upgrades.

Prioritize incoming tasks and projects based on urgency.

Monitor ticket backlog, identify bottlenecks, and work to resolve issues efficiently.

Manage personal Key Performance Indicators and forecast workload to meet Service Level Agreements.

Continuously update technical knowledge through industry certifications.
4. Requirements:

Security+ certification is required.
-
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies including Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, Azure AD, and related administration.

Knowledge of compliance administration such as AIP, DLP, and data lifecycle management.

Skills in network troubleshooting and certificate management.

Optional Microsoft certifications: AZ-104, SC-300, SC-400.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Salary range is $70,000 to $90,000 dependent upon qualifications.
